I have a question for you. How would you do this list for a 2000 point game?
You know I’m not really sure.
I think the Dragon Princes would have to become Silver Helms and roll without the Banner of the World Dragon. The Prince and archmage would have to be toned down by 125 points collectively. I think that is going to make it very difficult to pull this list off as the Prince really puts the Cav unit over the top.

I am thinking of dropping the Helms for a block of 20 Spearmen, with full command and the Gealming pendant, for 5 points. What are your thoughts on that?

Not a worry. I am using your list as a basis for a progression league I am particpating come January. Unfortuanetly, the major components of the list won’t come together untill we hit the 1500 point level in march. To start with, for 500 points I am running this:
Noble, Dragon Armour, Elven Steed, Ithilmar Barding, Sword of Might, Enchanted Shield-120
11 Archers, Musician, Light Armour-131
5 Dragon Princes, Drakemaster, Musician, Standard Bearer-175

500 points is tough! Helves are all about that sudden surgical strike and I never feel like I can pull it off at lower point levels.
I’m not sure this would be any better, but what if you just ran silver helms with musician/banner no champion? That might open up some points for a few more bodies. You could also run them 3×3.
I did not think of that. However, I would not get the rank bonus from the helms. I could fit 8 Helms with shields, Musician, and Standard if I dropped the DPs, 1 Archer, and the L Armour. The helm bus would give 8 attacks plus 3 from the noble and 3 from the horses, and have 8 wounds with a 2+ on the Defense. The DP group gets 11 attacks plus 3 from the Noble and 6 horse attacks, has only 5 wounds plus the noble, but has a 2+, a 6++ and a 2++ against flaming attacks…3 more wounds or a unit with higher WS, I, and more attacks…
This is a little crazy, but what about Full on Core in Silver Helms – as many as you can cram. No archers and two bolt throwers.
I don’t have my book with me to play with the points.

I could fit 9 Helms with Full command, shields, the noble, and two bolt throwers…
Although I only own 8 Helms total…..I could probably use a DP for an extra helm…hmmmmmm
Except two Bolt Throwers cost 140 total. At 500 points I can only spend 125 on rare units. Good idea though.

The nobles form the front rank of the seaguard, with the mage in rank two, using Beast to augment the unit. This block would get an absurd number of attacks.
That is a very different list.
I think it will be fine for casual play, but suffer in tournaments.
The Seaguard and Nobles aren’t going to do a whole lot for you.
I also don’t think the Anointed will help you alot with this list. It isn’t set up to maximize the bonus he provides to your ward save.
